Each pan of
Rinos Seafood Lasagna is a 3 hour process consisting of
layers of: shrimp puree seasoned with fine herbs and spices
a blend of Ricotta, Mozzarella and Romano cheeses
marinara sauce with chunks of plum tomatoes, onions,
fresh garlic, olive oil and fresh basil homemade
lasagna noodles stuffing of lump crabmeat, sea
scallops, and large shrimp lobster blush sauce
topped with a jumbo shrimp. To quote Rinos customers:

Rinos begins
with homemade light vanilla custard loaded with rich flavors
and smooth texture. Spoon the custard into our freshly
made light and flaky pastry shell. Top this with a drizzle
of chocolate sauce and you have a Rinos dessert specialty
that will melt in your mouth and is sure to become a favorite.

Rinos offers
an array of Award-Winning sauces
Pesto, Marinara,
Blush and Alfredo sauces are just a sampling of the many
extremely tasteful varieties available and are superb
additions to any pasta.
Rinos Pesto sauce is made with garlic, pine nuts,
fresh cheese, fresh basil and olive oil. It can be used
as a spread or tossed in with pasta for an engagingly
different flavor. Rinos Marinara sauce combines
chunks of plum tomatoes, onions, fresh garlic, olive oil
and fresh basil. "King" of all is the Rinos
Blush sauce consisting of a puree of shrimp, plum
tomatoes, garlic and olive oil. Rinos Alfredo sauce
has a cream base, smooth texture, buttery flavor. It is
a delicate white sauce with a hint of garlic, flavored
with olive oil and fresh parmesan cheese. |
